Johns Hopkins has an institutional subscription to UpToDate with access permissions for faculty, students and staff. Single Sign On (SSO) with your Johns Hopkins credentials is required to access Uptodate. Once you’ve logged in through SSO your access to Update will remain active for 90 days. After 90 days you will be required to confirm your continued affiliation with Johns Hopkins by logging in with your Johns Hopkins credentials. If you are using the UpToDate App, versus accessing UpToDate through the Welch Website, you will need to click the “More Options” link, choose “Johns Hopkins”, and then login. This ensures you’ve logged into the institutional subscription versus a personal subscription.
