To aid investigation of an eresource access issue, please includes step by step screen captures/screen shots of any error message you received, including the URL at the top of each screen capture. Please also report if the error occurred while on campus or off campus, and whether the VPN was used.
Please also report any other problem through the Report a Problem form and it will be referred to the appropriate expert at the Welch library.
