The libraries are pleased to announce that as of July 1, 2026 Author Publishing Charges (APCs) will be waived for articles accepted for publication in the PLOS Flat Fee program journals:
- PLOS Aging and Health
- PLOS Complex Systems
- PLOS Computational Biology
- PLOS Digital Health
- PLOS Ecosystems
- PLOS Genetics
- PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases
- PLOS Pathogens
- PLOS One
To qualify for the waiver the corresponding author must be a Johns Hopkins faculty, staff, or student with a current JHED, who lists their primary affiliation as Johns Hopkins, and uses a Johns Hopkins email for correspondence.
