Biographical Information

Stanley Singer, Ph.D. is the Data Informationist at Welch Medical Library where he is responsible for helping researchers along various points of the research data lifecycle, with a particular focus on navigating secondary data research projects.

Dr. Singer has a diverse research background where he has used a variety of measurement and data collection techniques (e.g., neuroimaging, scale development, and surveys) to investigate numerous research questions. More recently, his research interests (quantitative) include the following topics: change management, individual assessment, personnel recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, work analysis, and training.

Education

Dr. Singer’s graduate training was completed at Ohio University (Ph.D.: Industrial-Organizational Psychology) and Xavier University (M.A.: Industrial-Organizational Psychology). His undergraduate work in Psychology was completed at William Jewell College.
