Additional Access Instructions
Self Registration: You must create a user account the first time you access Covidence.
If you have another account on Covidence that is not affiliated with Hopkins, there is no need to create a new one. Simply add your new email address to your existing account (go to 'Profile' to do this) and make this your primary email address. For more information: https://support.covidence.org/help/can-i-transfer-my-covidence-account-to-my-new-institution
Follow the instructions below to request an invitation to join the Hopkins subscription to Covidence, and if necessary to create an account.
- Request an invitation using your Johns Hopkins email address to join the JHU Welch Medical Library account at https://app.covidence.org/organizations/7gyAQ/signup
- Accept the e-mail invitation you receive
- Log in to your Covidence account
- Click "Create new review" and select the JHU account option
